Biography
Todd Hess has spent over 35 years in the wine trade. Along the way, he has worked in wine stores, owned a wine distributor, worked in a couple of great restaurants and taught many wine seminars. Prior to his life in the wine trade he was aiming to be a professor of philosophy — Princeton as an undergraduate and this hallowed ground of the University of Chicago as a graduate student.
