Rachelle Bello is an executive coach, organizational advisor, and CEO of Belle Partners. She brings more than 15 years of experience in senior human resources leadership, advising executives and leadership teams across high-growth technology organizations from early-stage ventures through IPO and other periods of significant organizational change.
Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, organizational development, and individual growth. Throughout her career, Rachelle has worked closely with senior leaders as they take on greater complexity, reconsider established ways of working, and make consequential decisions about their leadership and careers. She brings to her coaching a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and the broader systems in which individuals lead and work.

Rachelle is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and a graduate of the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
