Biography
Natalie Wittmann is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has 37+ years leading the 30+ member Education and Leadership/Organizational Effectiveness Team at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
Natalie is certified in administration of Gallup CliftonStrengths, DISC, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and The Center for Creative Leadership’s Career Architect Tool. She holds a master’s degree in Interpersonal Communication.
As part of her Leadership/OD role at OSU Wexner Medical Center she worked as an internal coach to support high potential mid and senior level leaders. Â Coach partnering topics included change leadership, executive presence, performance management, onboarding, 360 feedback, work life balance, and confidence as examples. Â Additionally, she helped coordinate the Medical Center external coaching program in collaboration with the University to assure senior leaders were successfully partnered with ICF-certified high performing coaches.
She currently coaches clients in several different industries including healthcare, higher education, finance, and the arts. Additionally, she designs and facilitates development workshops for leaders and teams on presentation skills, executive presence, emotional intelligence, and CliftonStrengths. She has also designed and facilitated coursework for MBA students at the Case Western Weatherhead College of Business in Cleveland, Ohio.
