Molly is a seasoned organizational development consultant, leadership coach and strategic planning expert with a deep commitment to helping leaders and organizations navigate change with clarity and purpose. She holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, grounding her work in a strong blend of theory and real-world practice. With more than 25 years of experience partnering with leaders and teams across sectors, Molly brings a thoughtful, collaborative presence to her work with clients. A recognized leader in strength-based change methodologies, including Appreciative Inquiry, she designs practical, tailored solutions that help clients address their most pressing challenges and achieve lasting results. Molly’s talents have been tapped by a variety of organizations some of which include: The Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve University, Dealer Tire, Ben & Jerry’s, Swagelok, Women in Manufacturing (WIM), and Insight2Profit.
