Hamid Elaissami is a leadership strategist and executive coach who works with senior leaders and executive teams to lead with clarity, trust, and sustained impact. As Founder and CEO of FlowPartner LLC, he partners with mission-driven organizations to navigate critical talent challenges, strengthen leadership alignment, and build resilient teams prepared for growth.
With more than 20 years of experience advising Fortune 100 companies, federal agencies, and national nonprofits, Hamid integrates behavioral analytics through Predictive Index, systems coaching through Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), and mental fitness through Positive Intelligence to support meaningful, measurable change. His work is grounded in deep listening, thoughtful challenge, and trusted partnership. Rather than prescribe answers, he creates the conditions for leaders to access their own wisdom, make sense of complexity, and translate insight into disciplined leadership practice.
Known for calm clarity and grounded presence, Hamid helps leaders, founders, and teams pause, reflect, and make intentional choices in high-stakes environments. Before launching FlowPartner in 2020, he held senior leadership roles in worfkorce development, where he designed and scaled national strategies for inclusive talent and workforce innovation.
