Biography
Janet Foutty is the former Executive Chair of the Board of Deloitte US and past CEO of Deloitte Consulting LLP, where she led the firm through significant transformation driven by technology, innovation, and purpose. She recently completed the Leadership & Society Initiative (LSI) Fellowship at the University of Chicago.
Janet’s current work spans across women’s leadership, emerging technology, and women’s health. She is deeply committed to advancing equity in healthcare and increasing investment in innovative, human-centered solutions that improve health outcomes for women. Janet serves as an advisor to a range of early-stage companies and impact-driven organizations in both the nonprofit and venture ecosystems.
A frequent speaker and writer on topics including inclusive leadership, the future of work, and purpose-driven transformation, she is the co-author of Arrive and Thrive: 7 Impactful Practices for Women Navigating Leadership. Janet holds an MBA and a B.S. in quantitative business analysis from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
