Eight More Plays by Tom Stoppard
This course was available in the past and may be presented again as part of the Open Enrollment curriculum.
Building on the success of our previous course titled The Plays of Tom Stoppard, this follow-up will focus on eight more of Stoppard’s masterworks, starting with the academics, astronauts and gymnasts of Jumpers and concluding with the generational ties that run through the Jewish families of Leopoldstadt. We will also investigate such dazzling theatrical works as Artist Descending a Staircase, Undiscovered Country, On the Razzle, Indian Ink, Rock ‘n’ Roll and The Invention of Love.
