Who can I contact if I have questions about the course registration process?

I’m having trouble resetting my password. Who should I contact?

Click the “Password Reset” button on the sign-in screen, and you should receive an email with instructions. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. If you’re still experiencing issues, please contact our support team at graham@learningplatform.support.

I can no longer participate in a course I registered for. Can I get a refund?

If you need to drop a course, please email us at graham@learningplatform.support to process your request. When reaching out, please include your full name, the course name and the section. If you made a donation during your course purchase, please confirm if you would like the donation refunded as well.

Courses dropped before the first day of class are eligible for a full refund. Courses dropped after the first class are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. No refund will be issued for courses dropped after the first week of classes.

The class I want to enroll in is full. How can I be notified if a spot opens up?

You can join the waitlist for any full course or section. Just click the “Join Waitlist” button on the course page, then press the “Enroll Now” button in the popup window. You’ll be directed to the login page for the Graham School Learning Platform. After logging in, you’ll be added to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you’ll receive an email notification, and you’ll have 24 hours to secure your spot. We recommend joining the waitlist, as spots do often open up.

I have registered for my course, but how do I access Canvas?

The Graham School now has a single learning platform where students can register for courses and access their courses. Visit the Graham School Learning Platform and login with your username and password. In the courses section, you will see your upcoming courses. Clicking on the course will take you to the Canvas site for that class, and you’ll be able to access the course resources there.

How can I join a Zoom meeting from my course in Canvas?

On the homepage of the course Canvas site, click on the Zoom – “University of Chicago Main Account” tab in the left-hand menu. On the Zoom page that opens, click on the “Join” button to the right of the course title. That will open the Zoom meeting for the class.

Where can I find the course syllabus in Canvas?

The course syllabus for the class will be in the “Files” section of the course Canvas site. You can read it in Canvas or download or print it from there.

How can I watch a recorded class in Canvas?

On the homepage of the course Canvas site, click on the Zoom – “University of Chicago Main Account” tab in the left-hand menu. On the Zoom page that opens, click on the “Cloud Recordings” tab above the course title. On the page that opens, click on the class recording that you want to watch. The recording should open. Click the Play arrow to play the recording.
