Biography

Stephanie Hart (she/her) is the Associate Director for Part-Time Pathway with the Leadership & Society Initiative. In this role, Stephanie oversees the part-time LSI program that supports established leaders in the transition to their next chapters of leadership and social impact. Stephanie brings extensive experience in both higher education and private sector learning and development. She has dedicated her career to creating engaging and transformative educational experiences. Stephanie completed her education at Portland State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy. Before joining the Graham School, Stephanie was designing employee empowerment and leadership programs for private sector clients at a boutique talent development studio. She also established a co-curricular program at Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL focused on purposeful living and vocational discernment for undergraduates.

Stephanie spends her spare time cooking, baking, and trying the many culinary offerings Chicago has available. She also loves to experiment with all kinds of creative endeavors, enjoying the practices of both learning new things and making bad art.

Which Graham course would you most like to take and why?
I would most enjoy taking Philosophy coursework at the Graham School–a discipline regrettably neglected in my own formal education journey.
