Biography

Rachel Westergaard (she/her) is the Assistant Director of Content and Social Media Strategy at the Graham School. In this role, she creates engaging and dynamic content to highlight the school’s events, stories, and offerings. She brings to the team eight years of marketing experience in various settings such as STEAM-based learning centers, marketing agencies, higher education, and gifted education.

Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in strategic communications with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in organizational communications from Northern Arizona University. She is excited to work with the Graham School team to serve the school’s mission while continuing to combine her passion for education and communications.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and reading.

Which Graham course would you most like to take and why?
Rachel would like to take “Imagining the City” as she is interested in learning about the rise of the modern city and how it creates possible new modes of experience, new kinds of people, and new kinds of stories.
