Biography
Michelle Libby (she/her) is the Graham School Dean of Students and Associate Director of Finance and Operations, overseeing HR for the School and supporting the student population through the dean of students office and community engagement initiatives. She can be reached at mlibby@uchicago.edu.
A Chicagoland native, Michelle holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from Loyola University Chicago, where she graduated from the Interdisciplinary Honors Program. In addition to her staff role at Graham, Michelle is also a student at Chicago Booth working towards her MBA. Prior to joining the Graham School, Michelle held various Human Resources and Employee Relations roles at Fortune 500 companies.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, ideally outdoors (hiking, biking, or birdwatching), at live music events, or traveling.
