Biography
Lara Druyan is a General Partner with Private Liquidity Partners, a secondary investment fund focused on late-stage venture capital-backed companies. She is also a Venture Partner with Silicon Valley Data Capital, a seed and early-stage venture firm, where she was a Managing Director for five years. Previously, she was the Managing Director and Head of Innovation at RBC, where she was responsible for digital transformation.
Lara has 25 years of experience in all phases of technology product creation and associated change management. She is an award-winning business transformation leader recognized by Constellation Research and Banking Innovation. Lara is also an experienced board director. She serves on the Boards of CIBC (NYSE: CM) Bancorp USA and Healogix, a profitable marketing services firm in the healthcare sector. She is also a member of Astia’s Investor Council, an organization dedicated to promoting inclusion for female entrepreneurs.
She has invested in leading technology companies such as Grata, YeshID, Doorstead, Deduce, Xactly (XTLY), and Powerset (MSFT).
Lara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors from The University of Chicago and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
