Biography
Lee Greenfield is a partner in the Antitrust & Competition Group at WilmerHale, where he has practiced for almost 35 years. He has deep experience in all aspects of antitrust, with a particular focus on advising clients that are seeking antitrust clearance for complex transactions in multiple jurisdictions. Lee serves as Editorial Board Chair of the Antitrust Law Journal and writes frequently on antitrust topics.
Lee returned to the University of Chicago over three decades after graduating from the Law School when he enrolled in the Master of Liberal Arts program at the Graham School. He has since begun the Basic Program. He has benefitted enormously from his instructors and classmates, and his experiences have been transformational.
Lee holds a BS in Business Administration cum laude from the Pennsylvania State University and a JD with honors from The University of Chicago. He is married and has two children. Lee lives primarily in Washington, DC but also has a home in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.
