Biography
Kristina Wilson serves as the Associate Director of Recruitment for the Leadership & Society Initiative (LSI). In this role, she leads strategies to engage new prospective candidates and guides them through the admissions process. Kristina can be reached at kwilson24@uchicago.edu.
With over 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience across various industries, Kristina brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Before joining LSI, she managed Talent Acquisition at OpenSesame, where she developed and executed innovative recruitment strategies.
A dedicated lifelong learner, Kristina has served as a trusted connector and advocate, fostering strong relationships between candidates and organizations. She excels at identifying needs, aligning goals, and creating pathways for mutual success. Kristina holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Roosevelt University.
In her free time, Kristina enjoys traveling, cooking, cycling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
