Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Corporate & ESG and Corporate Secretary, US Foods Holding Corp.

Stephanie Miller serves as SVP, Associate General Counsel, Corporate & ESG and Corporate Secretary for US Foods with an extensive background in corporate legal matters and deep experience advising boards. In this role she acts as corporate secretary to the board of directors and has legal responsibility for all corporate matters, including corporate governance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, compensation and benefits, and finance matters. Outside of her legal role, she also has responsibility for environment, social and governance strategy and supplier diversity. 

Stephanie joined US Foods in the spring of 2022 from Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, moving back to Chicago from the UK where she served for five years as a senior legal executive and trusted advisor to the Board and senior management, responsible for all legal matters outside the United States, as well as lead attorney responsible for global corporate governance, securities law compliance, securities litigation, corporate finance, and executive compensation matters. Prior to that, she held similar roles at Baxter Healthcare and its biopharmaceutical spin-off Baxalta Inc., and she started her legal career at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston.  Before law school, she worked in fund raising and public relations roles at the Harvard Art Museums. 

Stephanie holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a bachelor degree in the history of art and architecture from Harvard University. She is a resident of Evanston and an avid traveler, a devoted “hockey mom” to her 13-year-old son, and a very proud breast cancer survivor.
