I am an urban planner with a fervent passion for community development. Over the course of my career, I have had the distinct privilege of working in a variety of environments in both the public and private sectors. I have utilized this experience to grow a substantial network of community stakeholders – public and elected officials, civic leaders, non-profit and community organizations, business executives, entrepreneurs, and dedicated citizens – that have been key to developing and implementing a myriad of initiatives aimed at creating more economic opportunities in communities throughout the Chicagoland area. I am dedicated to finding innovative ways to create opportunities at every level across the local economic spectrum – from high school students looking for guidance on lucrative career paths to individuals looking to start a new career in a union construction position to business owners looking for their next bid opportunity and beyond. I constantly work to find new ways to engage with the residents and business owners that reside in the communities that I am fortunate enough to work and build in, focusing primarily on those that have been conventionally barred from benefiting from the opportunities that large-scale developments bring.
