Anne Gehring

Anne has over 30 years’ experience across multiple industries and functions with extensive experience in strategic planning, finance, capital adequacy, project and change management and process excellence. Anne has deep financial services experience, most recently as a Managing Director for JP Morgan Chase in New York where she led Financial Planning and Analysis and regulatory stress testing for the mortgage business. Anne was also part of the turnaround team at Fannie Mae in Washington, D.C. where she led the Business Planning and Public Policy organization as well as the Enterprise Program Management Office. Anne spent a portion of her corporate career in regional banking with tenure at both Fifth Third and ABN-AMRO LaSalle where she was a senior executive leading finance, operations and business transformation functions. In addition to her work in the for-profit sector, Anne was the founder of Avenell, a boutique consulting firm that assisted non-profit organizations respond to the 2008 financial crisis. Anne began her career at General Electric where she spent fifteen years working in the US, Europe and Southeast Asia in both industrial and financial services industries. Anne is a board member of the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center at DePaul University, Chicago and is also one of the "Founding 40" members of Coleman's Women in Entrepreneurship Institute.

Anne has established a reputation as a dynamic change agent skilled in solving large, complex and >persistent problems. She is noted for her practical management style focused on fast and measurable business impact.

Anne received her undergraduate degree from Miami University (Ohio) and completed her graduate studies at the University of Chicago.
