Russ Eisenstat
Executive Coach and Co-founder of Rising Path Partners
In a career spanning four decades, Russ has pioneered new practices and perspectives that enable leaders to realize their highest aspirations for contribution, meaning and satisfaction for themselves, and those they lead. He has served as a coach and catalytic thought partner to senior leaders across a wide range of organizations in the private and social sectors.
Russ is a co-founder of Rising Path Partners, whose mission is to support individuals in successfully navigating major transitions in their work and lives. After receiving his PhD in clinical psychology from Yale, Russ spent six years on the faculty of the Harvard Business School in the leadership and organizational behavior area. He served as the founding Executive Director of the Higher Ambition Leadership Alliance, as well as the founding President of TruePoint, a mission driven organizational consulting firm. He has authored numerous pathbreaking books and articles on leadership and change including: Higher Ambition; How Great Leaders Create Economic and Social Value, and The Critical Path to Corporate Renewal.
Stephanie Eisenstat
Executive Coach, Physician Educator, and Co-founder of Rising Path Partners
As a certified coach, practicing clinician and physician educator, Stephanie has helped individuals and groups enhance their effectiveness and impact for over 30 years. She has helped a wide range of leaders: navigate their way through key work-life transitions; use their voice, talents, and strengths to create win-win solutions to complex problems and translate vision into action in times of stress and transition.
Stephanie is a co-founder of Rising Path Partners, whose mission is to support individuals in successfully navigating major transitions in their work and lives. She is also a practicing internist at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and an Assistant Professor of Medicine, at the Harvard Medical School. She has been an academic leader in Women’s Health, chronic care management and interdisciplinary care redesign and is the author of a number of groundbreaking books and articles including The Primary Care of Women and The Harvard Guide to Women’s Health.
